Gentle Stretch

Yoga can be for all of us, no matter what body type or level of experience. Join us for this gentle stretch yoga class, whether you are beginning or continuing your yoga practice, and experience the joy of gentle movement and body awareness. We’ll warm up and lubricate the joints and slowly focus on overall stretching, strengthening, and mindfulness to bring down stress and promote feeling alive and healthy. Gentle stretch yoga is great way to stay young and flexible and for relieving back aches and pains.

Chris Justice is a certified Kripalu yoga instructor and practitioner of mindful living. Her classes are very welcoming, and her style of teaching brings mindfulness to your practice and encourages loving kindness toward yourself and your world.

Chris is also a potter who strives to offer simple hand-made beauty through her work, and a graphic designer whose main focus is clear communication.
