Studio 6
Studio 6 is 384 square feet of open space. Maximum capacity ranges from 10 to 20 depending upon the activity. This room is great for classes in yoga, tai chi, ballet, modern dance, soft shoe tap, kick boxing, and any other expressive activity where you need room to move, stretch and leap.

It has great sound quality. Rental rate: $10 an hour.

Studio 7
Studio 7 is referred to as the sitting room. It’s a great place to sit and relax, talk with your mates, and just be. Great for mediator session, study sessions, or intimate meetings. It is also a great place to exhibit art. The sitting room can be rented for $5/hour.

Studio 8
Studio 8 is a 288 Square foot office space. It is presently being shared by Impact Earth, an environmental education and grant writing agency and Sterling Studios. But it does have the potential to be used by traveling agents who need a spot to lay their laptop down, tap into the internet, make some phone calls, and meet a few associates. It's also suitable for individual or small group therapy sessions. Rates are based on individual needs.

The entire studio can be rented for only $25 an hour.
